This is Ching and i am a graduate student of biology deparment at U of U.
My roommate just bought a house so she is moving out in the end of April.
i am looking for a female roomate, who is not smoking, taking drugs, and drinking(you can drink but not drunk).
this apartment address is 40S, 900E, Apt6F, salt lake city(of course)-- the whole building has 15 floors
and this building is called sunset towers. we do have security and parking lot. we also have maintainer
who can fix anything in your apartment for free(including in the rent).
there are a lot of buses in front of the building to U of U and downtown. not far away from school
and trax. usually i walk to school, it only takes me about 25 mins.
the rent is 745$(two bed room) and we have to split utility. usually the rent i pay is less than 450$(including cable, and wireless internet).
