Attention Students!
The ASUU Academic Affairs board is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to serve on University Committees for the 2008-2009 school year. These committees present a fantastic opportunity for you to work with administrators, round out that missing something on your resume, and to positively impact the University of Utah in an area you care about.

Committees cover issues ranging from academics to athletics, from parking to diversity and social justice. The time commitment varies from committee to committee, but no one committee is too time-intensive to prevent scholarly endeavors or free time. Attached, please find a complete list of the committees, along with a brief description of their purpose, function and number of student positions. Please forward this to any student you think might be interested.

Applications are due on Friday, August 29th, by 5:00 pm in the ASUU office, Union 234. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until all slots have been filled. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
